Introducing a new concept in animal protection, Animal Frequency.  This  website (restarted Nov 1, 2002), features breeder ratings given by pet buyers.  The purpose of this extraordinary feature is to eliminate so called "puppy mills"- which we define as breeders raising animals (any intelligent creature) in inhumane conditions.  This site exists because there is a direct correlation between the living conditions of animal and the quality of health it will present for its new owners.  Animals that exhibit poor temperaments and are unhealthy will consistently come from sub-standard breeders.  We certainly do not take it upon this website to be the judge of any breeder or methods they use, we simply report the views of others.  Each breeder's customers will decide the quality of the breeder from which they made their purchase.

Animal Frequency is an organization devoted to providing information about animal breeders to the public. Using Internet databases the public can leave comments about animal breeders. This enables people to find top quality breeders while avoiding abusive and inhumane breeders. This service is entirely free and a public service. This service was started Oct 15, 2002.

Animal Frequency welcomes submissions regarding animal breeding, health and legal issues for postings in the news and editorial columns. Animal Frequency is non-political and promotes humane treatment of animals and preservation of endangered species.

Animal Frequency offers for the benefit of breeders free web pages that may be used to showcase a breeders history and some of the animals they raise.  The web pages will also hold breeders references and veterinarian information as they wish to disclose to public.
